Linda Woodall is the founder and owner of Chesapeake Contract Furnishings. Her career began while working for The Rouse Company in Columbia Maryland in 1985. During her tenure there she worked in the Commercial Development Division as Interior Design Coordinator, gaining valuable and unique experience in various projects such as shopping centers, community centers, management offices and outdoor recreation projects.

MORE THAN 20 YEARS IN THE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY, SPECIALIZING IN SHOPPING CENTERS, MALLS, AIRPORTS, RESTAURANTS, SCHOOLS & UNIVERSITIES, LIBRARIES, COMMUNITY CENTERS & POOLS

Since 1985, Linda has cultivated many relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers and other professionals within the design industry. These relationships, as well as her solid reputation, provided the foundation for Chesapeake Contract Furnishings in1999.

 

Linda was certified as an Interior Designer by The Maryland Institute, College of Art. She has been an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers since 1990, and is a minority business owner.

Linda’s unique experience in the commercial development industry, combined with her exacting project management skills, give her the ability to carry any project from the concept phase to design, procurement and on-site installation.
